Returns & Refunds Policy

At Eternalbeing, we are committed to providing high-quality topical products and food supplements. This policy explains your rights under UK consumer law and how we handle returns.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Purchases)

If you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day cancellation period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.


2. Health, Hygiene & Food Safety Exceptions

Due to health protection and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened food supplements

  • Unsealed topical products

  • Any product where the safety seal has been broken

  • Perishable goods

Under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.

If a product has been opened or its seal broken, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty.


3. Eligible Returns (Change of Mind)

You may return products if:

  • They are unused

  • They remain sealed

  • They are in their original packaging

  • All safety seals are intact

  • You notify us within 14 days of delivery

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods for change-of-mind returns.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.


4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your product:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is faulty

  • Is not as described

  • Is incorrect

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund (within 30 days of purchase if the item is faulty)

  • A repair or replacement

  • A price reduction (where appropriate)

We will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

We may request photographs of the issue before processing your claim.


5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:

  • Receiving the returned goods, or

  • Receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling.


6. How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return
